Biography:
Brett Steven Heckman was born in Bethesda, Maryland December 1, 1954. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1985. Mr. Heckman is also admitted to the Washington Bar, the United States District Court in Denver and Nebraska, and the United States Court of Claims. He is a member and graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.
Mr. Heckman has represented Vail Valley banks, real estate and construction businesses and condominium associations for more than 20 years. As a result of longstanding ties to this mountain community, Mr. Heckman’s practice also focuses on representing individual clients in disputes with insurance carriers and other business entities.
