Land Use, Easements, Adverse Possession
As values increase, the need for surveys, zoning, establishing boundaries and use through easements or adverse possession are all hot button issues. These and other land use matters are a focus of Mr. Heckman’s practice. As an Eagle County Planning Commissioner, Mr. Heckman and the firm are conflicted from matters involving Eagle County government but the firm continues to work on land owner and homeowner association disputes along with issues concerning municipalities and metro districts.
